Hello Logback developers,

http://logback.qos.ch/download.html announces 1.2.9 as the latest stable release, but https://github.com/qos-ch/logback/tags doesn't yet have the v_1.2.9 tag.

Could you please create the tag to correspond to the release?  This is how the Debian watch scripts find the latest release and will help us get the most recently logback built from source and uploaded into Debian.
