After starting Eclipse and starting an application configured to use Beagle from it, the application cannot connect to Beagle and logs 'connection refused' on the console unless the Beagle view is displayed first.
It is not enough that the view is just added to the Eclipse window. It seems that Beagle is only activated and starts to listen if it was displayed once.
