    Description

The following junit test shows that RollingFileAppender with TimeBasedRollingPolicy and SizeAndTimeBasedFNATP left an uncompressed temporary file, when rotation with compression was requested.
The temporary file left breaks the maxHistory limit set on TimeBasedRollingPolicy and does not conform the the fileNamePattern pattern property of TimeBasedRollingPolicy.

      java.lang.AssertionError: unexpected 1 files: [test.log375920693916301.tmp]
